Police are increasingly worried about the welfare of a ‘vulnerable’ South Yorkshire man missing since Wednesday evening.
James Anthony Priestley, known as Tony, was last seen by his brother on Queen Street, Swinton, at around 10pm on Wednesday.
The 46-year-old had been reported missing from his home in Fitzwilliam Street, Kilnhurst, Rotherham, four hours earlier at around 6pm, shortly after walking his pet German Shepherd, Izzy.
Tony, who suffers depression, is a regular dog walker around the Kilnhurst and Swinton canal areas although he does not have Izzy with him currently.
He was last seen wearing a green fleece, green sweater, green moleskin trousers and black leather walking boots.
