Concerns are growing for the welfare of a missing teenage girl who was last seen getting into a black BMW car before being driven away in Rotherham.
Police said Slovakian national Dana Dzudzova, aged 17, was last spotted talking to the occupants of the BMW in the Hatherley Road area of Eastwood at 4pm yesterday.
Officers believe she got into the car which then drove off in an unknown direction.
A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police said: “Concerned family members reported her missing to police yesterday evening and an investigation was launched to trace Dana and the vehicle.
“The BMW is described as being black with green/yellow stickers on the bonnet and front doors, black wheels, black tinted rear windows and a spoiler.
“Dana is around 5ft 6ins tall and was last seen wearing a silver zip-up top, blue jeans and white trainers. Her hair was tied up in a ponytail. Dana’s disappearance is out of character and family and friends are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
“Have you seen Dana, or have you seen the black BMW? Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a vehicle matching that description driving through Rotherham yesterday afternoon.”
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident number 1206 of 29 November 2015.
