Community meetings in Sheffield

A COMMUNITY meeting will take place in Burngreave, Sheffield, this Thursday from 6pm until 8pm at Fir Vale School.

Local councillors Ibrar Hussain, Talib Hussain and Jackie Drayton will be attending so residents can raise any concerns.

On Thursday, March 7, there will be a Police and Communities Together meeting from 6pm until 8pm at the Pakistan Advice Centre, 127 Page Hall Road.

South Yorkshire’s new police and crime commissioner, Shaun Wright, and MP David Blunkett will join ward councillors and meet residents to listen to their concerns.

Coun Hussain said: “This is an important meeting for people who are concerned about the Fir Vale area.”
