YOUNG performers from a Sheffield theatre school delivered chocolate eggs to sick youngsters who will spend Easter day in hospital.

The tots from Razzamataz Theatre School, Sheffield, joined forces with JCI Sheffield, a networking organisation for young people, to provide eggs for patients at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

Despite the snow, seven of the school’s junior students, aged six to eight years old, made it to the hospital to donate 200 eggs from Razzamataz students, local businesses and JCI Sheffield members.

They also performed a street dance to songs by singers including Rizzle Kicks and Jessie J.

Helen Green from Razzamataz said:“Razzamataz and JCI Sheffield are very proud to be able to do just a small part in making the children’s stay in the hospital a little brighter. Razzamataz is all about high energy, fun classes and lots of performance opportunities for our students, so we are delighted to put our skills into practice.”
