Staff at a Chesterfield launderette insist it is business as usual after a small fire at the weekend.
Crews from Staveley and Dronfield were called to The Wash Inn on Sheffield Road at about 1pm on Saturday.
A Wash Inn spokesman said: “We were closed on Saturday but now we’re open as usual after being given the all clear.
“There has been no damage to the property or the machines.”
A Derbyshire fire service spokesman said: “Two firefighters used hose reel jets to extinguish the fire and ventilated the premises.
“They left after about 20 minutes.”
An eyewitness said a woman was given oxygen outside the building.
The Wash Inn, which opened in 1963, is the oldest launderette in the town.
