Members of a Sheffield club have raised more than £2,500 at a beer festival.

Most of the £2,816.78 raised at the event at Wortley Men’s Club and Institute, Reading Room Lane – some £2,655.78 – has now been presented to Yorkshire Air Ambulance, while £161 is to be donated to the Yorkshire Regiment Benevolent Fund – and a further £1,500 has now been presented to the air ambulance charity after it was raised at the club’s harvest festival.
