SHEFFIELD five-a-side football team AFC Bionical have been crowned winners of the first ever Movember tournament at the Goals Soccer Centre in Sheffield.
The 13-team charity tournament at the Norfolk Park Road venue helped raise more than £300 for the Movember charity.
Bionical who have just joined the Thursday Student league at Goals Sheffield will now be entered into a national prize draw to win all-expenses paid trip to Copenhagen to play against a Danish team.
Gaynor Wand, Goals Sheffield manager, said: “It was a great night and there were plenty of moustaches. There were some very close games and despite the heavy rain AFC Bionical battled through to take the Movember title.”
