Two professional boxers from Sheffield have become ambassadors for Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity after supporting the cause for years.
Adam Etches, aged 22, from Birley, and 21-year-old Scott Jenkins, from Intake, have taken part in charity bouts to raise money for the hospital, particularly its specialist teenage cancer unit.
Adam said: “It is an honour to become an ambassador for the charity by combining our two passions of fighting and raising money.”
They were joined at the hospital by boxing manager Richard Poxon who has raised over £23,000 for the charity.
He said: “It meant an awful lot to them to visit the unit.”
