ASHGATE Hospice and Help For Heroes will share £3,500 raised at a family fun day organised by Chesterfield firm Franke Sissons Ltd.

The event was attended by more than 100 members of staff and their families.

Paintballing, a rodeo sheep ride, a bouncy castle, a magician and a children’s entertainer were at the event and there was live music and a hog roast.

Andy Dukelow, of Franke Sissons, said: “It was a great day.

“I hope it’s something we can continue to do every year, alongside our other fundraising activities for these two very worthwhile causes.

“Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a success and to my support team, without whose invaluable efforts the day would not have been possible.”
