Talk Talk charge me £1.48 a month because I have a paper bill. If I pay my water bill at the Post Office there is a £2.60 charge. So I withdraw my money and pay at the other end of the shop by Pay Point – no charge.
My daughter booked me a rail ticket on-line, but I had to go to Sheffield station to collect it out of a machine, again £1 extra for getting my ticket this way. I do not have the facilities for ordering online, so I have no choice but to pay these extras.
