Train users can have their say face-to-face with rail directors at Sheffield and Meadowhall railway stations.
Northern Rail is launching a customer forum to allow passengers to voice their comments and feedback on how the rail company can improve.
Area director Richard Allan and safety and assurance director Gary Stewart will be at Sheffield station to listen to the views of customers on Wednesday, September 19, between 4pm and 7pm.
Mr Allan said: “Customer feedback plays a vital role in doing this and these sessions will offer customers a new forum to raise issues in and give direct feedback.
“I’m keen to hear which areas our customers enjoy and where we are working well for them and how they would like to see others changed for the better and improved.”
