The Sheffield community continues to send thoughts and prayers to Herol Graham, a former star boxer trained in the city who is currently ill in hospital.

Herol’s old coach Brendan Ingle is the latest to add his voice to the well wishers. He said everyone at Ingle Gym wished the former middleweight a speedy recovery.

Sources close to Herol say he suffered complications following a burst appendix about a fortnight ago.
