CATHOLICS are to gather for two half-day assemblies in South Yorkshire to discuss missionary work by the church.
The sessions are to be held on Saturday, May 11, and on Saturday, September 21, between 9.30am and 12.30pm each day.
Both assemblies will take place at Blessed Trinity Church, Northfield Lane, Wickersley, Rotherham.
Some 250 people attended three of the assemblies held by the church’s Hallam Diocese last year.
People attending will discuss the values of the church and the meaning of prayer in 21st century life.
Missionary work will also be discussed.
