A NATURE reserve will have its access improved thanks to a £7,000 grant.
The Wildlife Trust for Sheffield and Rotherham has been given the cash by People’s Postcode Trust, a charity funded by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
It will use the money to improve access to Wyming Brook nature reserve near Fulwood, Sheffield, and provide more information to visitors.
The three month project will help to install ten new waymarker posts to mark public rights of way routes, two new interpretation boards, five benches along Wyming Brook and a footbridge.
Rob Miller, from the Trust, said: “This funding has really made a significant difference to our lovely nature reserve. We’re delighted.”
