Derbyshire’s largest annual careers event is coming to Chesterfield.
The Skills Festival is to be held at the Proact Stadium on September 25.
More than 70 employers, colleges, training providers and voluntary organisations will be at the free event offering support and guidance.
It is aimed at 15 to 19-year-olds to get information and guidance.
Councillor Damien Greenhalgh, Derbyshire County Council’s Deputy Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, said: “It’s the county’s largest careers event for young people considering what to do next and last year we had an amazing 10,500 visitors.
“It’s a great place for employers, education and training providers and voluntary organisations to show young people thinking about their future what they have to offer.”
The event runs from 3.30pm to 8.30pm.
