ANIMAL lover Ben Spoor has raised £185 to help save endangered tigers by organising his own dog shows.
The nine-year-old, of Holme, Doncaster, a pupil at Norton Junior School in Norton, put on the events with just a little help from his family.
Money raised by the last show at a farm in Bentley will boost the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, plus projects at the World Wildlife Fund and 21st Century Tiger.
Proud mum Michelle Spoor said: “Ben is passionate about tigers and in his lifetime they may well become extinct - there are only 3,200 left.
“That’s why he wanted to raise the money.
“For his birthday and Christmas we sponsored a tiger and an amur leopard and he said it was the best present he had ever had.”
