Doncaster Cancer Detection Trust have launched their Mile of Coins appeal in the Frenchgate Centre again this year.

Jeannette Fish and her team set up their fundraising stand last week and have so far raised £521 which equates to two-thirds of a mile in 1p pieces.

They have another five weeks to reach their total of one mile in coins.

Doncaster Central MP Rosie Winterton said: “I hope the people of Doncaster will continue to support the trust and help Jeannette and her team reach their goal of a mile of coins.”
