THAI topped the list of world cuisines which tantalise the tastebuds of South Yorkshire shoppers.
A study carried out at Sheffield shopping centre Meadowhall found Thai green curry is the favourite with 46 per cent of visitors, with American-style cheeseburger and fries a close second. Fish and chips was the preferred choice of just 12 per cent asked.
The results were collected for the centre’s 6pm Appeal to raise awareness of the global cuisine on offer in its Oasis Dining Quarter.
