Sales success at Park Hill flats
EIGHT of the first 20 homes to go on sale at Sheffield’s revamped Park Hill flats have been reserved by house hunters - less than a fortnight after the properties were put on the market.
Developer Urban Splash is selling one, two and three bedroom flats in the first area of the Grade II* listed complex to be regenerated as phase of a £160 million regeneration scheme.
Nicola Wallis, director of residential sales at Urban Splash, said: “We’ve had a fantastic response to our marketing campaign.
“We’ve had a great mix of people reserving their new homes at Park Hill and there has been lots of local interest as well as national. The reservations are a range of owner occupiers, first time buyers and buy to let investors.”
Urban Splash said its commercial team is also receiving ‘lots of enquires’ about 40,000 sq ft of space for offices, retail, cafes and restaurants.

Sunday, October 23, 2011 at 01:11 PMUrban Splash claimed that over 1,000 people had registered with over 200 getting in touch as soon as the prices were announced. . . . . Given that they initially announced that 52 flats were ready for sale exactly 1 month ago selling 8 in that time is not very good progress is it?
