New quality accolade for Westfield Health

WESTFIELD Health has been awarded five stars by the British Quality Foundation’s Recognised for Excellence programme, Europe’s leading recognition programme for organisational performance.

Joe Goasdoué, chief executive of the BQF, said: “Being recognised for excellence at a five-star level is the mark of a truly excellent organisation. I congratulate Westfield Health and its team on this tremendous achievement.”

Jill Davies, chief executive of Westfield Health, added: “I am proud to see that, following the rigorous UK Excellence Award Assessment, the ongoing efforts of all of the Westfield team have been recognised in this way.

“It is undoubtedly a first class achievement for our company and that our high standards of leadership and service delivery have been acknowledged by this award.”

Westfield Health is a not-for-profit organisation and has almost 40 per cent of the corporate paid cash plan market.
