the majority of a new business park in Wheatley, Doncaster, has been let before it has opened.
St Modwen, who are developing the former Crompton Parkinson site on Wheatley Hall Road, revealed £52 million profits for the last year in their annual report.
Stephen Prosser, northern regional director, said: “Work is well underway on the mixed-use development at the Wheatley Hall Road site. The site is now over 80 per cent let with strong interest in the remaining area of the site.”
