Filling in on dental firm website

Website design and systems specialist Richlyn Systems has helped a dental supplier to expand its operations.

Sheffield-based Richlyn was called in by Nottingham-based Crown and Bridge to create a new website and web-based order processing, accounting and logistics systems to help it meet the demands of a growing number of private and NHS dental practices.

Crown and Bridge's managing director, Marcus Rickard, said having an effective web site was critical to the company's growth and Blades Enterprise Centre-based Richlyn had "provided a superb bespoke solution."

"We have received great feedback from dentists, practice managers and the financial directors of our corporate group members, who have found that our system enables to keep better control of their laboratory bills," continued Mr Rickard. "In addition to running our own administration, the website allows our dentist clients' to view prices and products, track orders, product passports and print statements."

In the future, the site will also allow dentists to send scanned dental impressions rather than the traditional moulds and order online. Richlyn has also developed tailor-made websites for firms in Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester.
