Ex-Den star talks at event
ENTREPRENEUR and former Dragon's Den panellist Doug Richard will be guest speaker at Sheffield Chamber of Commerce's annual President's Dinner.
Mr Richard, a specialist in technology transfer, commercialisation, and business incubation will speak at the dinner after leading an event for Sheffield Enterprise Agency earlier in the day.
In addition to the dinner, on Thursday March 11, the Chamber is planning a series of "Internationalisation Seminars," backed by city development company Creative Sheffield, bankers HSBC and law firm DLA Piper, starting in March, a business and economy conference on Thursday June 17, a month-long Sheffield Business Festival in September and a number of other events, culminating in its annual Sheffield Business Awards event in December.
