Business advice session is held

Peak District businesses are being offered free advice on how to get their operation into top shape for the financial year ahead.

Business Peak District, Derbyshire Dales District Council and the Peak District National Park Authority are staging a free event for local employers on Thursday, March 21, from 9am to 1.30pm, at the Agricultural Business Centre, Bakewell.

Employers taking advantage of the free session will be able to find out about pensions and the new auto enrolment scheme, tax reporting, human resources issues, VAT and apprenticeships.

Business representatives can also find out how to register for faster broadband and information on community broadband funding.

Individual questions will also be answered.
