Doncaster gym Xercise4less is celebrating after winning an award as Budget Gym of the Year 2012 at the annual National Fitness Awards in Leicester, competing against some of the best health and fitness clubs in the UK.
Opening this year, the York Road gym was recognised for its ‘fantastic equipment and classes’ and for helping members achieve their goals, passing a comprehensive judging process to win the title of Best Budget Gym.
Xercise4less has grown rapidly, with turnover rising by over 300 per cent in the last year.
It beat off strong competition from fellow nominee The Gym Group who have been trading for several years.
The chain is a relative newcomer to the awards after launching its first gym in Wakefield in 2009.
