£500,000 funding boost
Creative media production and technology company ZOO Digital Group is targeting growth after securing £500,000 funding from Royal Bank of Scotland.
The working capital facility will enable the Sheffield-based company, which this week announced it had made its maiden profit, to target new markets for growth including the US entertainment industry.
Financial director, Helen Gilder, said: "Securing this working capital facility is a really positive step forward for ZOO.
"It will allow us to take advantage of the strong opportunities that the industry is currently creating and explore new avenues in our target markets, enabling us to grow the business in line with our desired aspirations.
"We are finding the current economic climate to be an opportunity for our cost-saving proposition and are pleased that RBS will be working with us as we continue to implement our strategy."
