Bus services in Barnsley and the Dearne Valley are being altered to match shift pattern changes at online retailer ASOS.
The company employs hundreds at its warehouse in Grimethorpe and bus operator Stagecoach has announced that from September 28 new journeys and alterations to existing services will be made to accommodate shift changes at the clothing warehouse.
Changes include a new 7.59pm Wombwell to ASOS journey on Service 26 and X26 on weekdays.
The 9.23pm Barnsley to Hemsworth Service 28A will be extended to South Elmsall, and the 11.08pm ASOS to Barnsley journey will now start from South Elmsall at 10.30pm, it has been announced.
A new Service 216 route from Brampton at 7.35pm will replace the previous 10.05pm service.
ASOS revealed it lost sales of up to £30 million after its five-storey Grimesthorpe warehouse wsas damaged in s suspected arson attack in June.
