PLANS have been approved to buy a final piece of land for Worksop’s new £3.2 million bus station.
Nottinghamshire County Council has agreed to press ahead with the purchase of a property on the corner of Newcastle Street and Watson Road, currently occupied by a florist and a number of advertising hoardings.
The council has acquired part of Watson Road and the Queen Street public car park for the bus station project.
