Bus firm thanked for free games travel

Stagecoach has been presented with an award in recognition of the companys involvement in the Westfield Health British Transplant Games in Sheffield.
The bus operator, which provided transport to athletes during the Games held across the city in August last year, was thanked at a special presentation.

Bus company Stagecoach has scooped an award in recognition of the firm’s involvement with the British Transplant Games in Sheffield.

The bus operator provided free transport to around 900 athletes during the games, held across the city last August.

The company was thanked at a special presentation.

Paul Lynch, managing director, said: “The games was a fantastic event for Sheffield to host and I am proud that Stagecoach was involved in such an inspiring event.”
