Bus passengers in Sheffield have given top marks to the city’s local services in a new survey.
The report, carried out by operator Stagecoach Yorkshire, found customers rated its services highly.
The Sheffield Customer Satisfaction Report claimed that 100 per cent of customers ‘intend to continue using Stagecoach buses’.
It also found 92 per cent were satisfied or better with driving standards and 90 per cent with vehicle comfort.
Overall, 78 per cent were satisfied or very satisfied with Stagecoach’s ticket range.
Paul Lynch, managing director, Stagecoach Yorkshire, said: “The results from the Sheffield Customer Satisfaction Report are very pleasing show we are going in the right direction, and we were particularly proud that 100 per cent of customers plan to continue using Stagecoach buses in the future.”
