BREAKING: Two people reportedly shot outside Parliament
Two people have reportedly been shot outside the Houses of Parliament this afternoon.
Witnesses tweeted hearing 'a loud crash' and added that two people were shot after allegedly attacking police officers with a gun or knife.
Rotherham MP Sarah Champion tweeted that four shots had been fired outside Portcullis House, the offices of 213 MPs and their staff.
