City boxing legend Herol ‘Bomber’ Graham will sign copies of his new autobiography at The Star shop and Meadowhall this Saturday.
The 52-year-old, from Bradway, who won 48 out of 51 pro fights from 1978 until 1998, tells of his battles with depression and his attempted suicide.
He will be signing copies of Bomber – Behind The Laughter at The Star shop on Saturday from 9.30am.
Then at 12.30pm he will appear at Waterstones in Meadowhall to meet fans and sign copies.
Acclaimed as one of the most skilful champions ever produced by the UK, Herol ended up virtually penniless and alone in a sparsely furnished ex-council house.
When at 38 his boxing career finally ended after three failed world championship attempts, his life began to spiral out of control.
