Enforcement officers will wear body cameras while patrolling Barnsley to help deal with dog fouling and littering in the town.

Kingdom Securities has a 12 month contract to tackle the issues in the Central, Dearne, North, North East and South wards of Barnsley.

An additional 12 full-time enforcement officers and one part-time member of staff will be patrolling streets from Monday.

They will work with Barnsley Council staff and wear cameras to catch offenders in the act.
