YOUNGSTERS showed off their soccer skills in front of experienced pros when Sheffield United held a football camp.
The club’s academy in Crookes saw budding footballers aged five to 14 practise passing and shooting, dribbling and ball control, all under the watchful eye of Blades players Lee Williamson and Rob Kozluk.
Lee and Rob also signed autographs and took questions from the kids.
The camp was run by Sheffield United’s community division, The United Initiative, with others being held at the Sheffield United Academy in Shirecliffe, and at the Tideswell Sports Complex in the Peak District.
Community development manager Mark Todd said: “More than 100 children joined the camps and the positive feedback is testament to the amount of hard work we put in to make getting active fun and engaging.”
Meanwhile, over 350 fans attended an autograph session with the first-team at the Legends of the Lane museum.
