Birds found a perfect home

Have your say

I READ (Jan 18) that Linda Rogers has two blue tits nesting in a bird box in her garden. Just before Christmas my husband first saw some viewing our box. Then, three weeks ago, he saw them taking turns to fly in and out. So they must have found their perfect home.

Every day we watch them from the kitchen window, flying in and out. Like Linda, we thought blue tits were nesting earlier this year.

By the way, we’ve never seen a coal tit in the garden before, but my husband saw one feeding off fat balls, sunflower seeds and nuts that he puts out for the birds.

We get lots of beautiful birds come to the bird bath and feed to their hearts content.
