A group of motorcyclists are riding high after passing an advanced motorcycling course.
The bikers completed their Skill for Life advanced motorcycle course, aimed at helping motorcycle and scooter riders improve their techniques.
The South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership is working with the Sheffield and District Advanced Motorcyclists and the Rotherham Advanced Motorcyclists to offer riders in the county the opportunity to complete the Institute of Advanced Motorists programme.
IAM members meet regularly on Saturday mornings at Meadowhall Retail Park, Sheffield, and at MacDonald’s in Bramley, Rotherham.
Riders wanting to sign up for the programme need to have been riding for one year and have a bike or scooter capable of the national speed limit.
South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership is offering a subsidy of £70 to those who enrol in the Skill for Life Programme this year - bringing the cost of the course down from £139 to £69.
