A TEENAGER has lost her long locks to boost a hospice which cared for two of her school friends.

Megan Nicholson, aged 16, raised £1,500 for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice in North Anston.

She bravely went bald at her local pub The Haynook in Maltby, Rotherham, after Abigail Fleming and Georgia Finlayson spent their final days at the hospice.

Megan said: “They were both fighters and didn’t give up even when things got hard. They both smiled until the very end, they are inspirations. I am willing to do as much possible to support this charity.”
