A YOUNG artist will have her work displayed at an exhibition in Manchester.
Kate Cheesewright, from Chesterfield, has had a placard she submitted chosen for the Noise charity’s ‘Art of Protest’ finalists exhibition.
Her piece has been selected as one of the key contributions from worldwide submissions.
Noise, a national art charity which promotes new talent, will run the exhibition from Saturday, April 20, until Sunday, June 30, at the People’s History Museum in Manchester.
Alongside Kate’s placard will be other thought-provoking pieces across sculpture, fine art, fashion and music.
