Apply law to all
we read about vehicles being stopped and prosecuted for various offences but how many pedestrians have been fined for crossing on a red man on pedestrian crossings, pedal cyclists who disregard every rule in the Highway Code or youths roaming round swigging alcohol and using foul language? None I guess. It’s easier to rake in money by fining motorists. Time to apply the law to everyone.
