Schools, community centres and charities across Sheffield are being urged to apply for funding to improve their energy efficiency.
Supplier E.ON is appealing to organisations to submit applications for their share of grants to help reduce their carbon footprint.
The firm wants to hear from people with projects designed to carry out energy-related improvements - from appliances and insulation to educational events.
Priority will be given to projects focused on reducing energy use and renewable energy and successful applicants will receive anything from £50 up to £2,000.
Billie-Jean Poole, project leader at E.ON, said: “This is a great opportunity for local organisations to take charge of their energy usage and it is our way of showing our support for the people of Sheffield.”
