Appeal to aid disabled kids with therapy tricycles

Disabled families in Sheffield are being urged to apply for life changing equipment.

National children’s charity, Caudwell Children, has received funding to supply six life enhancing therapy tricycles for disabled children in the city.

The tricycles - costing between £800 and £1,500 - are individually designed to meet the needs of each disabled child and help provide physiotherapy, build muscle tone and promote play.

Trudi Beswick, chief executive of Caudwell Children, said: “We would love to hear from anyone caring for a disabled child who would like to find out more or knows their child will benefit from such a donation.”

If you know anyone who could benefit email or call Helen Brandley on 01782 600854.
