The former site of a Sheffield primary school is set to be transformed into housing for the elderly.
An apartment block will be built on land once home to Woolley Wood Primary School, Shiregreen, if Sheffield Council’s planning committee give proposals the go-ahead.
Plans from Sanctuary Housing for 46 flats at Oaks Fold Road include car parking and gardens. The application is recommended for approval.
A decision will be made at the planning committee meeting at Sheffield Town Hall tomorrow.
