I WAS horrified, at one of my local schools, when a senior physics teacher admitted he did not believe a word about man-made catastrophic global warming.
However he continued teaching the rather unlikely hypothesis that man-made CO2 was somehow a pollutant. It was for him ‘to get them through the exam’, not to educate them in the traditional sense.
Young people joining my staff are astounded how they have been misled. The classroom is not the place for politically-inspired junk science.
They get enough of that from public sector broadcasting.
