A COMEDY actress schooled in Sheffield returned to the classroom to help celebrate students’ success.
Jessica Ransom, who has starred in television series Doc Martin, went back to High Storrs School for its A Level ceremony.
She visited as the school celebrated its ‘best ever’ A Level results, with 58 per cent of students achieving A* to B grades.
Another 17 students gained three or more A* or A grades – and four have gone on to study at Oxford or Cambridge universities.
A school spokesman said: “Celebrating our previous students’ successes every year is very important for our sixth form.”
