A MOTORCYCLIST who died after he was in collision with a tractor was killed as the result of an accident, a coroner has found.
Dean Silson, aged 38, of Halifax Road, Parson Cross, died when his black Suzuki bike was in collision with a tractor and trailer on the A57 at Hollow Meadows in April, last year.
The married dad-of-one, whose daughter Katie was just two at the time of his death, was driving towards Ladybower when a tractor and trailer turned out of Ronksley Lane in front of him.
He had been with his heartbroken wife Alison for 12 years when tragedy struck. Dean was a keen motorcyclist and a talented snooker player, who was a member of Chapeltown Working Men's Club's snooker team.
A verdict of accidental death was recorded at Sheffield's Medicolegal Centre.
