CRUMBS! These cakes look delicious!
Young pupils baked and iced buns, and older students painted henna tattoos, as part of a day of fund-raising at Sheffield High School in Broomhill.

Over £1,500 was raised for Children In Need at a craft fair organised by parents' association The Friends of Sheffield High.

Pupils also raffled off cuddly Pudsey Bears and tickets for the X Factor live tour, and held a non-uniform day costing £1 for each senior student.

Year 11 student Jessica Brailey, aged 15, created a set of coloured bands reading 'I'm With Pudsey' which she had made in the USA, and manned a stall for two weeks with the help of her friends, raising over £800.

Primary school kids in years four, five and six raised £160 with their lunchtime sales of buns and biscuits .

The children will buy a Unicef 'School In A Box' which will be sent to a third world country, containing supplies and materials for a teacher and 40 students.

In addition to basic school supplies, such as exercise books, pencils, erasers and scissors, the kit includes a wooden teaching clock, wooden cubes for counting, a radio and a set of classroom posters.
