Nine hurt on road

NINE people were taken to hospital after road accidents across the county .
Four men were injured, one seriously, when two cars were in a head-on smash on Broadcarr Road, Hoyland Common, at 9.25pm.

One person was cut free and four people were taken to hospital after a minivan crashed on Stubbin Road, Nether Haugh.

A driver was trapped after a car hit a wall on Warren Lane, Darton.

A rush hour smash between an HGV and a car on the A1M southbound caused congestion.
