A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash in which his passenger died.
Richard Balog, aged 24, was arrested after a smash on the A630 Rotherway in which his 29-year-old passenger, Jozef Puzo, of Russell Street, Eastwood, Rotherham, died.

Balog, who lives in Bradford, was driving a red Toyota Avensis away from the M1
towards the roundabout at the junction with West Bawtry Road when it left the road on a left hand bend. Mr Puzo was thrown from the vehicle during the smash. Balog appeared at Rotherham Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody to appear at Sheffield Crown Court tomorrow.
