BARNSLEY-BASED actor and singer Darren Day is expected to stand trial today charged with drink driving.
Day, aged 40, who is on unconditional bail, denied the charge at a previous hearing before Cardiff magistrates.

The court had heard that Day, who gave an address in the town centre to the court, was pulled over by police in the Welsh city at around 1.50am on June 18.

Officers stopped the Mercedes being driven by Day when they saw it go through a red light.
