POLICE officers and National Park Rangers joined forces to crackdown on off-road motorists causing a nuisance in Bakewell.
They spoke to more than 50 motorcyclists and motorists in the Hope Valley and Hathersage areas to make them more aware of the only routes they should be using.

PC Kevin Lowe of the Tideswell Safer Neighbourhood Team, who has been leading the opera
tion, said: "We spoke to 28 motorcycle riders, seven quad-bike riders and 19 4x4 drivers and gave them information and advice about off-roading."
